We benchmark the performance of various centers to the negotiated rent and terms of a targeted center validating that the deal makes economic sense. We pro-forma each negotiated deal confirming that it meets our client’s financial criteria before moving forward. We then coordinate the lease negotiation with our client’s counsel making certain that all important terms and provisions are negotiated to protect our client’s interests.
Store Design and Construction Management
Although most retailers prefer to handle store design directly, we can provide valuable input during the design process on store layouts, fixture sourcing, exterior signage, lighting, music systems, custom finishes, dressing rooms and other back of house options.
