Our recommendations are based on years of retail experience combined with customer data, mapping and demographics. Based on our assessment of possible locations, we select venues best positioned to build brand awareness and profitability.

Deal Terms & Lease Negotiations

We take an analytic approach to deal negotiations making sure our clients receive the most favorable deal terms available. We benchmark the performance of various centers to the negotiated rent and terms of a targeted center validating that the deal makes economic sense. We pro-forma each negotiated deal confirming that it meets our client’s financial criteria before moving forward. We then coordinate the lease negotiation with our client’s counsel making certain that all important terms and provisions are negotiated to protect our client’s interests.

Store Design and Construction Management

Although most retailers prefer to handle store design directly, we can provide valuable input during the design process on store layouts, fixture sourcing, exterior signage, lighting, music systems, custom finishes, dressing rooms and other back of house options. Our Team has over 35 years of experience having built hundreds of retail stores.
