Our Commercial Division focuses primarily on purchase, sale, and lease transactions for businesses operating in Southern California. Our expertise includes numerous real estate transactions and in-depth knowledge of the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego Markets. For our commercial division, most of our clients are closely held companies ranging in size from $5 million to $500 million in sales. Our background includes working with many privately owned and family owned businesses. We understand the dynamics associated with such business organizations. While our clients’ real estate requirements may vary, their desire for high-level service with good communication, sound business advice, and delivery of successful results, remains consistent.

Our approach on each commercial real estate engagement is to aggressively pursue the assignment whether it involves a purchase, sale, or lease transaction. In acquisitions, we specifically target locations whether or not listed and initiate the appropriate communication. For sales transactions, we identify and target potential buyers in addition to follow up on all traditional sales approaches. We take the same approach with lease transactions. We have developed a network of real estate contacts including brokers, title companies, escrow agents, banks, and insurance companies that are useful resources when needed. With our broad network, we are often able to source off-market opportunities that meet the commercial real estate requirements of our clients.
