Before joining Triple R, Sarah Schutter worked as a Real Estate Representative at Liz Claiborne, Inc. During her time with Liz Claiborne, she handled site selection searches of both commercial and retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. As part of those responsibilities, Sarah sourced and negotiated real estate locations for Kate Spade, Juicy Couture, Lucky Brand Jeans, and Jack Spade. She also played an integral role in the negotiation and disposition of ninety Liz Claiborne locations nationwide.Joining the Real Estate Industry in 2005 as a licensed REALTOR©, Sarah was involved in the marketing and sale of high-end residential properties in Los Angeles market.
Sarah graduated in 2004 from University of California, Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Business Management Economics. In 2008, she received the Professional Designation in Product Development and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. In addition to her Real Estate background, Sarah has four years of retail management experience and has assisted in the opening of several local and well-known national retail chains.
